My name is Joe Ouseley and I opened WildGoose in 2013 having worked my way up from Commis Chef to Sous chef at a string of Michelin Starred restaurants (Rhodes Twenty Four, La Trompette and Angler Restaurant). From canapé parties to wedding banquets, from 10 guests to 1,000, I believe in using the best ingredients and making them sing. WildGoose brings attention to detail, great flavours, perfect execution and excellent service to every event.
